Bitrustee Software attaches the utmost importance to the protection of personal data. This policy describes the data we collect through the bitrustee.fr website, why, and your rights.

Data we collect

The website is a static showcase site: no personal data is collected during simple browsing. When you request a demo through our form, we collect the information you enter: last name, first name, business email, company, role and a description of your needs.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to process your demo request and get back to you about it (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). It is not transferred, resold or used for third-party prospecting, nor subject to any automated decision-making.

Data retention

Data related to a demo request is kept for the duration of the business relationship and for a maximum of 3 years, after which it is automatically deleted from our systems.

Processors and hosting

The website and the demo request form are hosted by Scaleway SAS (8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France), with data hosted in Europe. Requests are stored on our own infrastructure and the notification email is delivered through Scaleway's Transactional Email service.

Audience measurement

The website's audience measurement works without cookies or individual identifiers: statistics are aggregated and anonymous, no personal data is collected, and there is no cross-site tracking. As such, it is exempt from consent requirements (CNIL exemption for audience measurement).

The website does not set any advertising cookies or individual trackers — audience measurement works without cookies. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.
